- Publishing and packaging technical user documentation and courseware (online and on paper)

- Raising, tracking and managing defects, bugs, and other issues relating to client objectives

We offer translation services, from English to French, and vice versa.

Read Pen uses the following quality control methods for all corporate undertakings:
- Read Pen hires writing experts on a subcontract basis, provides coaching, and offers a high level of autonomy to all team members.
- On request, the President provides hands-on editorial support to all members of the Read Pen team and to our clients.
- Peer support and review is available to all members of the Read Pen team, including affiliates and subcontractors provided non-disclosure agreements and security clearances permit it.
- Read Pen recognizes that a communication problem may have more than one solution and encourages brainstorming to identify alternative and feasible solutions in a timely fashion.
- Read Pen hires experts with proven problem solving skills and encourages them to solve their own problems, but supports the team members if escalation is required as a last resort in the problem-solving process.
